We currently have 8 counselors in Bellevue
After 20 years of marriage, four kids, and an abundance of experience with mental health issues like depression and anxiety, I'd love to sit down with you and help you figure out the “Why?" and the "Now what?" regarding the challenges you’re facing—and discover where we can find the power to do such courageous and important work. Whether relational, behavioral, or mood concerns, I specialize in a deep and comprehensive approach toward freedom as we put the “grid of the gospel” down on each and every issue we work through together.
I have almost a decade of experience helping individuals and couples overcome struggles related to trauma, anxiety, depression, conflict, burnout, relationship issues, communication, and more. I find great joy in seeing the commitment my clients put toward healing and the effort they make to live the life they desire, with God’s guidance and direction. As a Christian counselor, I bring a balance of evidence-based psychotherapy techniques and biblical doctrine to help you reach your goals.
I offer a welcoming, compassionate space where teens, adult individuals, couples, and families can feel seen, heard, and understood. Each story is unique and full of complexities. Let’s explore these complexities together and collaboratively find different ways to process and relate with one another so that these challenging life circumstances may become a bit more manageable. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, grief, marriage problems including infidelity, other relationship issues such as codependency, or other concerns, I would be honored to walk the path of healing with you.
Life should be more than just pain and trials. Though they can serve a purpose, I believe that God has much more in store for you. My hope is to help you discover the wonderful joys and strength that lie beneath the pain and trauma you might be facing. Through Christ, we can conquer fear and find freedom, healing, and purpose. Whatever challenges you face, I offer you a safe place for you to discover all that God can do for your life.
As your counselor, my role is to provide a safe space where we can explore and understand the depths of your experiences together. Through a process of self-acceptance and self-discovery, you will find the strengths God has given you to overcome life’s obstacles and begin your path toward spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical wholeness. I commend you for taking this courageous first step towards change. It takes a great deal of strength and vulnerability to seek help, and your willingness to do so is truly inspiring. I look forward to seeing how the Lord will work in your life for good.
