What is a “Risk-Free” initial appointment?

We want to make sure your counselor is a good fit for you. For this reason we offer a Risk-Free initial session.* What does this mean? There is a fee for the initial session as it is a clinical hour and reimbursable by most insurance companies. However, if you meet with your counselor and decide for any reason not to reschedule, the entire fee for the session will be waived.
