In my sessions, I like to take a collaborative approach. With empathy and encouragement, I will guide and support you as you learn how to use your skills and develop increased motivation to reduce the mental health symptoms you are experiencing. One of my goals is to empower you to be in control of your own choices and, with God’s help, determine what is best for you according to His plan for your life. As you gain the tools to take these steps, you will become even more capable of handling life’s challenges on your own. As a result, there will be a decreased likelihood of symptoms flaring up in the future.
