Holly, my dear friend of many years, has a way of gently surfacing what’s really going on so I can see my own role in it—and then I’m the one who decides to change, with her offering subtle, practical suggestions while I choose what fits, when, and how. It almost feels like magic (in the best way), because instead of just rehashing complaints and leaving drained like with some counselors/talking with other friends, I walk away clearer, empowered, and in control of how to solve it.

Holly White is such an authentic and compassionate person and therapist. I’ve known her for many years and can attest to how insightful and understanding she is. She really attunes to the people around her. Holly excels in the counseling world, the business world, and the mom world! She is able to create a safe and compassionate space to be honest. Holly walks with people and helps them face the best and the worst parts of themselves.

Holly White, my dear friend of many years, helps me connect the dots in a way that makes everything click—I end up recognizing what I’m contributing to situations and, from that clarity, I choose my own next steps. She’ll offer a few gentle nudges and possibilities, but the process stays in my hands, and I feel lighter and more capable after talking with her, not stuck in a loop of repeating the same story. A little bit of her mindfulness rubs off onto me every time I see her. I am becoming a better person in this way. The best blessing I could give anyone is time with Holly.

Holly White is incredibly insightful and a genuine, caring person. I’m amazed at her capacity to see others. She is a competent therapist, skilled business woman, incredible mother, and a faithful friend. Anyone who gets the chance to work with her is truly blessed.

Holly is exactly the type of counselor I would turn to with life’s big questions. She is empathetic, thoughtful, biblical, and a motivator to take positive action. Best of all, God uses her as a healer in the lives of others. Talk to Holly. You’ll be glad you did.
